The Gottman Institute ships worldwide via FedEx and USPS shipping carriers. In the United States, we ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as to all U.S. territories via FedEx and USPS shipping carriers. When shipping to a PO Box, the package will ship only via USPS.
