You should be able to access your training by following the steps below:
1. Visiting gottman.com
2. Clicking My Account in the top right corner
3. Please log in (not sign up)
4. Scroll down, you'll see a list of all of your online trainings
5. Click Launch Viewer next to the training you'd like to access and you can begin!
If you've followed these steps and are not seeing the Launch Viewer button in your account, please submit a request to contact a support agent who can assist.
Note for Safari:
If you're using the "Safari" app to access the internet, and the settings on your device are set up to 'Block Pop-Ups' in the Safari app, the "Launch Viewer" button will not work to play the training videos. Please disable this setting and allow pop-ups in the Safari app and you should be able to watch your videos.
